I booked a nail appointment through gopriv.com and it was way easier than I expected. The nail tech showed up on time, was super nice, and didn’t rush through anything. She really paid attention to the shape and polish, and my gel manicure ended up looking clean and neat. It also lasted longer than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. No messy cuticles or rushed work. I’d definitely book again.

I’m sure the booking process could be smoother. It took more steps than I expected, and at some point halfway through I got a little confused about what I was supposed to do next.

I’ve had a hard time finding appointment times that actually work for my schedule. Every time I check, the available slots just don’t fit. I also reached out to support, but the replies felt copy-pasted and didn’t really help with my issue

I used both the app and the website, i was kind of relieved by how simple everything was. You know when you expect to spend forever looking for something? Yeah, not the case here. I found what I needed really quickly, no fuss, no hassle.

I asked for a refund and thought it might turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth things, but it didn’t. Support got back to me normally, nothing weird or overly complicated, and the money showed up a few days later. So yeah, it was handled fine, kind of forgot I was even waiting on it after a bit.

I had a good experience with the pricing. It felt fair, and there weren’t any weird surprise fees tacked on at the end. Based on this, I’d say they seem upfront about what you’re paying.

I booked a massage through GoPriv and, it was really good. It felt like a proper, professional service from someone who clearly knew what they were doing.

The therapist used the right amount of pressure and checked in just enough without making it awkward or talking the whole time. My back and shoulders felt so much better after, and I appreciated that there was no weird upselling or anything that felt dishonest.
Nothing over the top to say, just a solid massage that felt worth paying for. When someone does their job well and treats you respectfully, I think that deserves credit, and I’d definitely book again.

I have mixed feelings about the experience. The provider was nice enough and the service wasn’t terrible, but for the price, I expected a higher level of skill. It wasn’t a complete waste, but I’m not sure I’d pay that much again.

I booked them for an event, and while everyone I dealt with was friendly, the coordination was messy. At one point I thought we had one time confirmed, then later it sounded like something else, so I kept having to check in to make sure we were all on the same page. It felt like the schedule was shifting or getting mixed up, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. The staff was nice, but overall it just didn’t feel very organized

I had small issue with my account and support got back to me way quicker than I thought they would. They fixed it the same day too, without a long back and forth or anything annoying like that. Happy with whole experience.

I booked a spray tan through gopriv, and tbh I was disappointed with how it came out. The person who showed up was nice and on time, so no shade there, but the color looked super uneven on my arms and around my knees.

By the next day, it was already patchy in a few spots and my hands had that kinda orange vibe, which was not it. I followed all the aftercare instructions too, so idk what went wrong. For what I paid, I definitely expected a better result...
